Add package to support DM processing of camera runs

This ticket will add a new DM package that will contain replacement subclasses of the cp_pipe and ip_isr connections that will allow for single-pipeline processing of camera B-protocol runs.  The goal of these subclasses is to replace the PrerequisiteInput connections with regular Input connections, so that a single pipeline will be able to produce and use calibrations as needed.

The single pipeline also needs to be defined to use the subclassed versions.
