AstrometryTask.run return not consistent with ANetAstrometryTask

Description

ANetAstrometryTask.run returns matchMetadata but AstrometryTask.run returns matchMeta. The two must agree. It turns out that matchMeta is more widely used, so I'll standardize on that.

Thank you for the quick review. After rebasing pipe_tasks to an updated master it passed Jenkins Ci so I merged to master.

Could you please take a look? This adds minor changes in meas_astrom and pipe_tasks both on tickets/https://rubinobs.atlassian.net/browse/DM-3453#icft=DM-3453. I have confirmed that it works by running HSC data with it. I will also get a CI run before merging, of course, but I don't think the CI system exercises this code.
