Allow GAaP aperture corrections to fail

Description

Due to a minor bug, gaap fields did not get registered to allow for failure, which crashed DC2 reprocessing. This ticket fixes the bug.

Looks good, pending a clean jenkins and @Arun Kannawadi also promised a notebook showing one of the failing DC2 images now succeeding with this fix.

The fix adds the appropriate prefixes that were missing when registering for `allowFailure`. This will prevent `CharacterizeImageTask` from crashing when the PSF is too big.
